"My Place" is the first single by the hip hop artist Nelly from his album ''Suit''. It features Jaheim. It was released as a double A-side with "Flap Your Wings" in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. The song is about inviting a girl over to Nelly's house. It reached number 4 on both the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts, and number one in the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. The main chorus samples Teddy Pendergrass' "Come Go with Me", and halfway through the song, it has a tiny sample of DeBarge's song "I Like It" while the overall song features a sample of Labelle's 1977 hit, "Isn't It a Shame". The female vocals are provided by Kim Johnson. ==Personnel== *Produced by Doe Mo' Beats *Recorded by Carl Nappa at Derrty Studio, LA and Serge "Sergical" Tsai at Platinum Sound Recording *Mixed by Rich Travali (assisted by Kris Karpells) at Platinum Sound Recording *Background Vocals: Kim Johnson 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「My Place (song)」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
